Client Growth Resources, Inc is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support licensed apparel projects in New York. You will develop original graphics for sleepwear, loungewear, and intimate apparel, and help create tech packs and production documentation.

The role emphasizes collaboration across design, merchandising, and manufacturing teams, with opportunities to learn garment construction and apparel production processes. Proficiency in Illustrator is required; Photoshop is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is required; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong visual design abilities, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Interest in licensed merchandise and apparel development.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Willingness to learn garment construction and apparel manufacturing.
• Experience with preparing tech packs or working with apparel manufacturers is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Artwork & graphic development: design original graphics for licensed apparel and develop concepts reflecting licensing standards.
• Technical documentation: prepare and maintain apparel tech packs detailing artwork placement and construction requirements.
• Product design & development: collaborate with design and merchandising teams from concepts to production.
• Sample evaluation: review samples for accuracy and color matching; provide feedback.
• Team & vendor coordination: work with merchandising, production, and overseas partners.
• File & specification management: organize artwork files, tech packs, and specs for repeat production.
• Packaging support: assist in creating packaging graphics and technical docs when needed.
