Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Georgia seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Torts team. You will work closely with our attorneys providing support before, during and after trials. This is an entry level position with training involved.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Georgia State Bar Association.
• 1+ years of Litigation experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in Personal Injury and Liability Law.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and trial attorneys.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Prepare legal reports and documents.
• Interact with expert witnesses, prepare reports and affidavits.
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers.
