Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a General Liability Litigation Attorney in Alpharetta to join its expanding practice. The role focuses on trial preparation and active courtroom involvement across cases such as slip-and-fall, security negligence, wrongful death, and dog bite matters.

Qualified candidates will handle day-to-day litigation tasks, draft pleadings, manage depositions and coordinate with expert witnesses, while delivering excellent client service and rigorous advocacy.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active Georgia Bar membership in good standing.
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of litigation cases.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits.
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Education

Law degree from a fully accredited law school

Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia

Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases

Excellent client service and communication skills

Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
