You will review contracts, prepare memoranda for management, and coordinate with external counsel. We value curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or JD, or equivalent.
• Strong legal research, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to independently research unfamiliar legal issues and form conclusions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to changing business needs and own assignments.

Responsabilités

• Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters.
• Prepare memoranda, summaries, and recommendations for management; identify risks and practical solutions.
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal teams.
• Take ownership of assigned legal projects and follow through to completion.
• Support other legal and compliance assignments as needed.
