Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in accredited university or college; internship candidate preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with database applications; detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to read and follow instructions.

Responsabilités

• Assist with all aspects of the summer program including orientation, social events, and training/diversity programs.
• Assist with the summer associate assignment portal and entering summer projects and evaluations.
• Assist with recruiting season: tracking applications, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Help with interview scheduling and preparations for hiring committee meetings.
• Manage resumes, letters, and recruiting materials; maintain department files.
• Assist with data entry and reporting in database applications.
• Coordinate attendee lists for events and maintain the department calendar.
• Attend team meetings and assist with scheduling conference and meeting rooms.
• Conduct market data research and assist with miscellaneous projects as needed.
• Support firmwide initiatives as needed.
