Qualifications

• Experience with FDA’s CFR 21 Part 11 requirements.
• Ability to learn new in-house methods.
• Experience in lab support and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with lab specific software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Providing on-site support to lab end-users for Tier 1-2 issues.
• Install and configure Lab computer systems.
• Participate in process re-engineering workshops.
• Respond to IT support requests related to operational issues.

Skills

Good understanding of Windows Desktop OS support tasks

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications

Troubleshooting and replacement of PC hardware components

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledgeable in a clinical or lab space

Education

Associates degree or equivalent in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science
