Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
• Good understanding of tasks related to Windows Desktop OS support (from Win 7 to Win 11).
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications and other relevant productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to lab end-users for Tier 1 - 2 issues.
• Configure lab computer systems in a regulated GMP environment.
• Resolve lab system application errors by collaborating with vendor tech support.
