Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Entry-level Life Sciences professional for lab system support in Madison, WI. You will provide on-site assistance to lab users and develop an understanding of business processes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
• Good understanding of Windows support tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft O365 and Adobe applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to lab end-users for Tier 1-2 issues.
• Install and configure Lab computer systems in a GMP environment.
• Work with tech support to resolve system application errors.
