Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Good understanding of Windows Desktop OS support tasks (7 – Win 11).
• Knowledge of lab-specific software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to lab end-users for Tier 1 - 2 issues.
• Install and configure lab computer systems in a GMP environment.
• Participate in process re-engineering workshops with stakeholders.
