Job summary

Maximus seeks a Junior IV&V Analyst to support independent assessments of technology programs, projects, and operations. You will review project artifacts, analyze performance, identify risks, and contribute to client reporting under supervision.

This remote position offers exposure to governance and oversight services, with travel up to 25% as needed. Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in project coordination, business analysis, PMO support, or consulting, and hold a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 0-3 years of experience in consulting within the designated function.
• 1-4 years in project coordination, business analysis, PMO, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Remote position with up to 25% travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered to specs, on time, and within budget.
• Maintain work plan documents with management.
• Facilitate meetings and interviews with stakeholders.
• Prepare findings and client reports outlining analysis results.
• Participate in client meetings and build client relationships.
• Support IV&V assessments for technology programs.
• Identify risks and process gaps through independent analysis.
• Prepare assessment documentation and summaries.
• Collaborate with PMs and SMEs to support reporting.
• Contribute to IV&V methods and templates.
