Job summary

Mountain West Windows and Doors is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to serve as the primary day-to-day IT support contact across all locations, based in the Sandy office. You will own ticket triage and resolution, onboarding and offboarding, hardware lifecycle, and routine admin tasks while collaborating with the IT & Business Systems Supervisor.

As proficiency grows, responsibilities may expand to Microsoft administration, security awareness, vendor coordination, and IT project work

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support across all locations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Strong customer service and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and actively manage the IT ticket queue across all locations.
• Triage requests, communicate status, and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Provide professional technical support via phone, remote tools, and in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, accounts, and network issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and maintain knowledge articles.
