Job summary

Cementation USA is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to help maintain IT infrastructure, resolve escalated issues, and support daily operations across software, networks and servers. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will handle Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tasks.

Qualifications

• College degree or diploma in IT or related field.
• At least 2 years of IT experience.
• Microsoft Certification preferred.
• Experience with Windows OS and Windows Server fundamentals.
• Azure AD/cloud identity experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Active Directory administration (user accounts, groups, GPOs).
• Support Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams.
• Perform routine system health checks and escalate issues.
• Manage workstation deployments using Intune or SCCM.
• Maintain antivirus, endpoint protection, and device compliance policies.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues escalated from Tier 2.
• Assist with network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
• Support firewall, switch, and access point configurations under senior guidance.
• Help maintain security best practices (MFA, password policies, access controls).
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades and small-scale implementation projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation for systems, procedures, and configurations.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles for internal IT use.
