Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking an IT Systems Administrator I to provide frontline support for our information technology environment, including hardware, software, and end-user needs that enable daily operations. You will resolve routine issues, assist with deployments, and maintain assets in line with established procedures.

Working with the IT team, you will handle onboarding, asset inventory, documentation, and user account administration while upholding security practices and delivering responsive

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
• Less than 1 year of IT support or help desk experience.
• Foundational knowledge of hardware, OS, software installation, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and business productivity apps.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve first-level IT issues across computers, devices, and apps.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and user account setup.
• Document requests and resolutions in the IT service system.
• Support deployments and asset inventory management.
