We are looking to add an Information Technology (IT) Systems Administrator II to our team. In this position, you will be the face of the IT department for our Colorado office. You will interact with staff of all levels, from onboarding new hires to assisting seasoned engineers. Responsibilities include IT systems management, hardware management, user support, administration, software licensing, compliance with federal standards, and implementing IT processes and procedures. Daily responsibilities include upgrading and maintaining data management systems, selecting computer and hardware upgrades, setting up new users, maintaining local servers, and assisting users with IT tasks and issues. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, articulate, flexible, quick to grasp business needs, a team player, an excellent written and oral communicator, and eager to learn.
