CesiumAstro is seeking an Information Technology Systems Administrator I to provide frontline technical support for the company’s IT environment, assisting with hardware, software, and end-user needs that enable daily operations. This role contributes to reliable service delivery by resolving routine issues and supporting deployments.
You will work with the IT team on provisioning, maintenance, and documentation, follow security practices, and help improve service delivery.

We are looking to add an Information Technology (IT) Systems Administrator I to our team. In this position, you will provide frontline technical support for the Company's information technology environment by assisting with hardware, software, and end-user technology needs that enable day-to-day business operations. This role contributes to reliable IT service delivery by resolving routine technical issues, supporting technology deployments, and maintaining technology assets in accordance with established procedures.
Working closely with Information Technology team members and end users, this role supports IT support activities, device provisioning, system maintenance, and service requests while developing foundational technical knowledge and delivering responsive customer service.
$23.22 - $27.44 an hour
