Job summary

Foresight Technologies is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to support our manufacturing and business operations. The role combines hands-on employee support with routine administration of Windows systems, Microsoft 365, user access, and IT equipment.

You will collaborate with senior IT staff and vendors on escalations, infrastructure maintenance, and improvement projects while developing broader systems administration skills in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of IT support, desktop support, helpdesk, or related experience.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows computers, Office apps, printers, and common hardware/software issues.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration, including user accounts, password resets, group memberships, permissions, and MFA.

Responsibilities

• Managing support requests from intake through resolution with documentation.
• Deploying and supporting employee equipment and software.
• Supporting Microsoft 365 and productivity tools including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Completing approved account and access changes including MFA enrollment and licensing.
• Troubleshooting business/manufacturing applications and coordinating with senior IT staff or vendors.
• Assisting with Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and virtual machines.
