Job summary

Innovate Systems is seeking a Junior IT Systems Administrator to join the IT Systems Team. The role involves server administration, escalation support to end-users, and onsite hardware/software issue resolution at the 5-Hour Energy plant to ensure system uptime.

Candidates should have 2+ years with Microsoft environments (AD/Windows), PowerShell, and a strong understanding of O365. Occasional travel to remote locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years administering Microsoft environments (AD, Windows, multi-site, Group Policy)
• Strong troubleshooting methodology and problem-solving
• Solid understanding of O365 (SharePoint, Azure AD, Conditional Access, Teams, Exchange)

Responsibilities

• Act as primary escalation point for Service Desk tickets
• Server Administration and Troubleshooting
• Imaging and deployment of endpoints
• Provide onsite support for Cybersecurity and Network teams
• Maintain inventory, procedures, and configuration documentation
• Participate in out-of-band maintenance events and training for IT staff
