Job summary

Service Experts in the United States seeks an IT Support Technician I to assist with routine tasks under close supervision. You will be the first point of contact, log incidents, and use knowledge articles to resolve common issues, providing walk-throughs and basic navigation assistance.

As part of the Enterprise Support family, you will perform password resets, MFA enrollment guidance, and route tickets to the correct queues.

Qualifications

Entry-level IT support role with no prior experience required.
Familiarity with IT service desk processes is a plus.
Ability to follow security verification steps during account actions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact; record incidents and requests with details.
Use knowledge articles to resolve common issues and provide walk-throughs.
Perform password resets and MFA enrollment guidance.
Route tickets to correct queues with appropriate priority and CI.
Confirm user contact details, impact, and business criticality.
Provide courteous, clear communication and set expectations.
Follow security verification steps before account actions.
Monitor queues, update statuses, and close resolved tickets.
Flag trending issues to supervisors for problem review.
Participate in ongoing training on tools, policies, and new services.
