Expedient is seeking an IT Support Associate for our Upper Arlington/Columbus, OH data center. This entry‑level role includes fully paid training and hands‑on experience with virtualization, networking, Windows, Linux/Unix, and data protection. You will join the OSC team and pursue industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ / Network+ with sponsorship.

Formación

• Experience with IT and technology, self-study or formal training acceptable.
• Customer-service experience is a plus for client interactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle Tier 1 tickets and daily shift duties in the data center.
• Follow security protocols for client access and equipment handling.
• Log requests and maintain documentation in the ticketing system.
