Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information security or computer science.
• Internship or professional IT support/cybersecurity experience is valued.
• Familiarity with directory services and identity management environments (AD/Entra ID).
• Understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, web proxies, patch management and threat landscape.

Responsibilities

• Resolve user hardware, software, and network issues and escalate when needed.
• Handle user provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning with access controls.
• Monitor security alerts, triage incidents, ensure endpoint protection is active.
• Collaborate on routine maintenance: patching, hardware deployment, asset inventory, updates.
• Support end users with software/email issues and stay current on IT trends.
