Responsibilities

• Understand IT project delivery practices by observing ongoing projects with business analysts.
• Observe IT quality assurance practices including test plans and UAT.
• Assist with project tasks including initial setup and organization of projects.
• Participate in priority and status discussions with IT and business unit teams.
• Follow meetings to learn prioritization, forecasting and resource needs.
