Job summary

Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company, at its Corporate Office in Fort Wayne, IN, invites applications for an IT Project Delivery Analyst I to support the IT project delivery process and assist with project documentation and scoping.

You will learn IT project delivery practices, participate in status discussions with IT and business teams, and help prepare test plans, demos, and resource forecasts while developing a broad understanding of applicable technologies and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent required.
• One or more years working in Information Technology, project management or delivery, or related field is required.
• Certifications within project management or delivery are desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent degree is desired.
• Exposure to and understanding of insurance industry is desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of IT project delivery practices by observing ongoing projects and learning project scoping/documentation.
• Observe IT quality assurance practices including test plans and demos.
• Assist with project tasks including initial setup and organization of projects in tools.
• Participate in priority and status discussions with IT and business unit teams.
• Observe and provide input during IT Project Delivery team meetings on prioritizing and resource needs.
• Begin developing working knowledge of applicable technologies to support collaboration.
• Complete other projects as assigned.
