Responsibilities

• Oversee project tasks and assist with coordination, tracking and scheduling.
• Generate project documentation (scope, objectives, requirements, schedule, status).
• Generate reports and charts to keep leadership and stakeholders appraised of progress.
• Draft communications for project teams and stakeholders.
• Define and document project scope, requirements, deliverables, stakeholders and high level plans for infrastructure projects.
• Schedule and conduct project meetings and short/long term planning.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and status reports for stakeholders.
