Job summary

Netcompany Group A/S is looking for motivated Junior Operations Engineers to join our IT Operations team in Warsaw. You will manage critical on-premises infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security while employing modern technologies.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of either Windows Server or Linux Server.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset is required.
• Good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher) are essential.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server environments based on expertise.
• Utilize scripting and automation tools to ensure system reliability.
• Respond to incidents and proactively monitor system performance.

Skills

Knowledge of either Windows Server or Linux Server

Strong willingness to learn and develop in IT infrastructure and operations

Analytical thinking

Good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)

Education

IT-related university degree (Bachelor or Master’s)

Tools

Basic experience with scripting (Bash or PowerShell)

Familiarity with tools or concepts such as Docker, Ansible
