3MD Inc. is seeking a Configuration Technician I to deliver quality technology services. Responsibilities include configuring and deploying PCs and mobile devices, using Windows OS and MS Office, and managing devices with MDM solutions.

You should have a High School Diploma with 2 years of experience; an AA IT degree is preferred and a basic certification like A+ is a plus. The role is based in a professional office in Indiana with benefits including health, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2 years of experience.
• AA degree in IT strongly preferred; A+ certification desired.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and mobile devices; proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Configuration and deployment of PCs and mobile devices.
• Use and navigation of Windows OS and MS Office.
• Navigation of folder and file structure.
• Renaming of systems.
• Administration of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for mobile devices.
• Use of endpoint management solutions.
• Basic hardware knowledge and troubleshooting.
