Job summary

Denali Advanced Integration, Inc. seeks a Configuration Technician I to deliver quality IT services. You will configure PCs and mobile devices, navigate Windows OS and MS Office, and manage mobile devices with MDM tools.

Strong initiative, learning mindset, and teamwork are valued in this office-based role in Fort Wayne, IN. Candidates should have a High School Diploma with 2 years of experience; an IT-related AA degree is preferred and an A+ certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; 2 years of experience.
• AA IT degree preferred; A+ certification desired.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy PCs and mobile devices.
• Use Windows OS, MS Office and navigate folders.
• Manage mobile OS environments (iOS/Android) and MDM.
• Record and track work, mark items complete, separate done items.
• Utilize endpoint management software and maintain asset records.
• Communicate clearly in English and work with minimal supervision.
