Archer, in collaboration with MANTECH, seeks an experienced Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to join the team at Fort Meade. The selected candidate will support organization, system, and enclave IA programs, and enforce security policies in alignment with RMF and government standards.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with Poly and a strong focus on risk assessment, accreditation packages, and continuous security operations.

Formación

• 5 years of professional experience in any capacity.
• Willingness to learn ISSO responsibilities.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn current security tools.
• Experience or willingness to learn hardware/software security implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Support organization, system, or enclave IA programs.
• Propose, coordinate, implement, and enforce security policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Establish and maintain operational security posture.
• Assist with information system security management and day-to-day security operations.
• Provide CM as needed for security software, hardware, and firmware. Manage system changes and assess security impacts.
• Prepare and review SSPs, Risk Assessment Reports, C&A packages, and SRTMs.
• Support security authorization activities in compliance with Government standards and the RMF.
