ALTEN Technology USA is seeking an Investment Analyst to support project cost management in Auburn Hills, MI. You will assist the Project Cost Specialist with SAP-based workflows, planning, and reporting to drive accurate investment tracking.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Experience: 0-3 years, preferably in Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Cost Specialist with various duties and tasks.
• Create and process specifications, manufacturing change notices, requisitions, debit memos, and L4 WBS numbers in SAP.
• Create and maintain planning items and document investment meetings.
• Create and publish weekly / monthly investment reports.
• Create / maintain invoice workflows and resolve invoicing issues.
• Load project data to MEDDS.
• Reconciling closing projects.
• Coordinate yearend accrual process and maintain supplier cost roll-up files.
• Special projects as requested.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Project Cost Specialist or Investment Manager.

Job Description:

Requirements:
