Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• 3 to 5 years of automotive experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical content for non-technical audiences.
• Good project coordination skills.
• Automotive Systems Background.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of INCOSE requirements decomposition.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and track CFOs (Customer Feature Objectives) efficiently.
• Conduct thorough analysis to ensure CFOs align with project objectives and standards.
• Work with cross functional teams to develop and follow best practices to align on a global strategy for new features.
• Support platform new feature development.
• Support program specific new feature development.
• Conducting competitive benchmarking & voice of customer clinics to support the development process

• Able to Understand Problem from all aspects (Software, Hardware, Field)
• Knowledge of afunctional domain (i.e.Body, Chassis,Electrical,Interi
