Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• 3–5 years of automotive experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical content for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and track CFOs (Customer Feature Objective).
• Conduct thorough analysis to ensure CFOs align with project objectives and standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and follow best practices to align on a global strategy for new features.
• Support platform new feature development.
• Support program specific new feature development.
• Conducting competitive benchmarking and voice of customer clinics to support the development process.

BasicQualifications:

• Bachelor of Science:Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering or anequivalent from an ABET accredited university
• 3 to 5years of automotive experience
• Good communicationskills, both verbal and written and ability to communicate technical content to a non-technical audience
• Good project coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited university
• Knowledge of IBM doors, or similar ALM/PLM management tools
• Systems Engineeringexperience
• Experience with system network topology diagrams
• Able to Understand Problem from all aspects (Software, Hardware, Field)
• Knowledge of afunctional domain (i.e.Body, Chassis,Electrical,Interi
