Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking engineers to create, track, and align CFOs with project objectives across cross-functional teams. You will analyze, benchmark, and ensure compliance with industry standards while supporting global feature development.

Candidate should have an engineering degree (ABET) and 3–5 years automotive experience, with strong communication skills and knowledge of ISO 26262. This role emphasizes collaboration, compliance, and continuous improvement.

• Perform competitive benchmarking and VOC clinics to support development.

Job responsibilities:

• Create, update and track CFOs(Customer Feature Objective) efficiently.
• Conduct thorough analysis to ensure all the CFOs align with project objectives and standards
• Work with cross functional teams to develop and follow best practices to align on a global strategy for new features
• Conducting competitivebenchmarking&voice of customer clinics to support the development process

BasicQualifications:

• Bachelor of Science:Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering or anequivalent from an ABET accredited university
• 3 to 5years of automotive experience
• Good communicationskills, both verbal and written and ability to communicate technical content to a non-technical audience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited university
• Knowledge of IBM doors, or similar ALM/PLM management tools
• Experience with system network topology diagrams
• Able to Understand Problem from all aspects (Software, Hardware, Field)
• Knowledge of afunctional domain (i.e.Body, Chassis,Electrical,Interi
