Job summary

Kiss Nail Products, Inc. in Port Washington, NY seeks an Assistant Manager for IPM / Inventory & PO – Junior to support day-to-day purchasing, inventory management, and product supply with Product, Sales, Warehouse, and overseas vendors.

You will help ensure accurate purchase orders, monitor stock levels, and support new Hair Brand initiatives. Entry-level candidates are welcome; proficiency in Excel and strong coordination are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in purchasing, inventory, supply chain, or order management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and maintain Purchase Orders (POs).
• Monitor inventory levels, sales trends, and product availability.
• Track production, shipment, and delivery schedules and follow up on orders.
• Coordinate with overseas vendors/factories regarding PO status and timelines.
• Maintain PO, inventory, shipment, and product data in internal systems.
• Assist with inventory planning to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
• Communicate status to Sales, Product, Warehouse, and other teams.
