Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer I to join its Talent Management Team. This role involves designing and developing impactful learning solutions, including eLearning courses for an enterprise-wide audience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and at least 1 year of instructional design experience.

You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create instructional materials using Articulate 360 and other tools. Ryder offers a salary range of $65,000 to $85,000, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional instructional design experience.
• Experience with developing eLearning courses and training documents.
• Ability to provide samples demonstrating proficiency in Articulate 360.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructionally sound eLearning and other educational resources.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop and implement courses.
• Keep abreast of new trends in training and apply them to Learning Design.
