Job summary

Computacenter is seeking an Associate Customer Executive to help deliver services to customer specifications and meet contractual SLAs. You will regularly communicate with Inside Sales Managers, Customer Executives, Sr. Customer Executives and Partner Management to assist with open requests, quotes, escalated orders, and ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, time-management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
• Self-starter able to work both independently and collaboratively with others.
• Prefer a strong working knowledge of Windows and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services that support company objectives and align with Computacenter values.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and cross-functional teams on customer projects and orders.
• Use Computacenter systems to enter and track orders.
• Provide regular data and timeline updates to Inside Sales Management.
• Assist in status reports to Account managers, project teams, and Partner Management.
• Follow processes to coordinate open requests, quotes, POs, and escalated orders.
• Enter and manage open opportunities with Customer Executives and Inside Sales management.
• Coordinate with Customer Executives to maintain a database of historical deals, pricing, and technology preferences.
• Conduct general administrative duties.
• Support Computacenter mission and core values.
