Job summary

The role collaborates with Inside Sales and Customer Executives, processes orders, and coordinates with cross-functional teams in an office-based environment in the United States.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication abilities, and solid time-management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, time-management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
• Self-starter able to work both independently and collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering products and services to meet customer SLAs.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales Managers, Customer Executives, and Partner Management.
• Enter and track orders in Computacenter systems.
• Provide regular data and timeline updates to management and stakeholders.
• Assist in status reporting to account managers and project teams.
