Job summary

Computacenter is seeking an Associate Customer Executive to assist in delivering products and services to customer specifications and meeting contractual SLAs. The office-based role requires regular communication with Inside Sales Managers, Customer Executives, Sr.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, time-management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
• Self-starter able to work independently and with others.
• Working knowledge of computer system applications (e.g., Windows, Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Partners with team members to deliver services aligned with company objectives and Computacenter values.
• Collaborates with Inside Sales and cross-functional teams on customer projects and orders.
• Uses Computacenter systems to enter and track orders.
• Provides regular data and timeline updates to Inside Sales Management.
• Assists in status reports to Account managers and project teams.
• Follows processes to coordinate open requests, quotes, purchase orders, and escalated orders.
• Assists in entering and managing open opportunities with the team and follows up with Customer Executives and Inside Sales management.
• Coordinates with Customer Executives to maintain a database of historical deals and preferences.
• Conducts general administrative duties as necessary.
• Embraces and supports Computacenter mission and core values.
