Qualifications

• Juris Doctor is required; Bar admission is not required.
• Genuine familiarity with and interest in video games.
• Willingness to use AI tools as part of daily legal work with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for everyday legal questions across the company, resolving issues and providing practical, accurate guidance.
• Review routine contracts, vendor agreements, and internal requests, understanding when something falls within your judgment and when it needs to be escalated.
• Support internal approval workflows to help keep deals and requests moving efficiently.
• Use AI tools thoughtfully for research, drafting support, and document review, with appropriate escalation when needed.
• Apply knowledge of the games industry to make legal guidance practical for the business.
