• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements.
• Provide legal support and advice for AMT departments including employment, IP, and international matters.
• Support the Assistant General Counsel with litigation management by coordinating with outside counsel and gathering documents.
• Develop and deliver employee training on legal and compliance topics.
• Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations.
