Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts in practical business terms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements including NDAs, vendor, sales, distribution, and terms and conditions of sale.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on business issues.
• Provide legal support across departments (employment, IP, international, etc.).
• Support litigation management with outside counsel, document gathering, and requests management.
• Help develop and deliver employee training on legal and compliance topics.
• Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects across AMT Departments.
