Responsibilities

Provide legal advice to Vice President, Legal & General Counsel on corporate, regulatory, employment, and strategic matters.
Draft, review, negotiate contracts, NDAs, releases, and related documents.
Support corporate governance, real estate, records, and compliance activities.
Oversee litigation management, discovery, and settlements as assigned.
Assist with employment law counseling and HR policy development.
Develop templates, forms, and contract management standards.
