Job summary

IMEG is seeking an Electrical/ICT engineer to design and analyze IT structured cabling, audio/video, security, and other low-voltage systems for buildings. You will interact with clients to gather requirements and communicate technical information, while building strong client relationships and supporting project execution.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior engineers, adherence to IMEG quality standards, and continual learning about industry trends.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer or related Engineering, IT, CS or STEM
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and concepts for technical plans and specs
• Strong technical and analytical skills related to electrical low-voltage systems in buildings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic knowledge in BIM software and MS Office tools

Responsibilities

• Assist design and analysis of IT structured cabling, audio/video, security, and low-voltage building systems
• Interact with clients to gather requirements and communicate technical information
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional communication
• Support project execution as part of a project team
• Assist with project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines
• Document design decisions and monitor progress
• Analyze low to medium complexity tasks and propose solutions with senior guidance
• Collaborate with engineers to develop practical solutions
• Participate in IMEG quality control processes to meet standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ICT engineering
• Prioritize safety and mitigate potential safety risks in ICT systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions
