Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Understanding of instrumentation, process controls, PLCs, SCADA, and industrial networking.
• Exposure to water/wastewater or industrial processes through coursework, internships, or co‑op experience.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within six months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop instrumentation and control system designs for municipal and industrial water and wastewater facilities, helping clients optimize treatment processes and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Develop and review P&IDs and instrument specifications.
• Design PLC and SCADA-based control systems and control network architectures.
• Collaborate with process, electrical, mechanical, civil and commissioning teams to deliver integrated solutions.
