RATE OF PAY: $950/season

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting practices and games
• Teach fundamental softball skills, strategies, and sportsmanship
• Help supervise student-athletes during practices, games, and team events
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful team environment
• Ensure student safety and adherence to school and athletic policies
• Assist with equipment management and field preparation
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding references
• Prior coaching or playing experience in softball
• An exemplary role model in attitude, work ethic, communication, and toward professional development
