You will work under the Director of Project Management & Process Improvement to build documentation, dashboards, and reports that scale multi-department initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Information Management, Information Technology, or a related field required.
• 0–2 years of experience in analytical/operations roles is acceptable (internships/projects count).
• CAPM or Lean Six Sigma White/Yellow Belt preferred.
• Smartsheet Core Product Certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, formats, and maintains SOPs, process maps, and workflow diagrams for operational improvement initiatives.
• Translates outputs from mapping sessions into structured documentation for leadership review.
• Maintains centralized documentation in Smartsheet/SharePoint with version control.
