Responsibilities

• Shaping training strategies, supervising coaches, and preparing gymnasts for high-level competition.
• Reporting to the Branch director.
• Strong communication with athletes and families.
• Strong leadership and mentorship for assistant/junior coaches.
• Confident spotting of advanced tumbling and apparatus skills.
• Routine composition and performance optimization experience.
• Assisting directors in developing new gymnastics-centered fitness programs.
