Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a Junior Graphics Designer to create digital graphics, marketing materials, and visual content in a full-time contract role. You will develop concepts, apply brand guidelines, and collaborate with marketing teams to deliver high-quality assets for digital and print channels.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in graphic design and 1–2 years of experience, with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus strong typography and layout skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong creativity, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to receive feedback and work collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Experience with digital and print materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social content, and other visual assets.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and visual compositions per project.
• Apply brand guidelines across digital and print materials.
• Assist with photo editing, typography, color selection, and image manipulation.
• Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams on projects.
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Prepare final design files for digital, print, and marketing use.
• Maintain organized design libraries and assets.
• Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Develop graphics for websites, emails, presentations, ads, and social media.
• Research design trends and contribute ideas.
• Ensure visuals are accurate and brand-consistent.
• Coordinate with vendors or print providers when needed.
• Review designs for quality, formatting, alignment, and consistency.
• Assist senior designers with larger projects.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows and templates.
