Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a Junior Graphics Designer to join our team on a full-time contract. You will create visual assets, support marketing and branding, and develop concepts that align with brand guidelines. The role emphasizes collaboration with senior designers and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a graphic design background, 1–2 years experience, and strong typography and layout skills. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is expected, plus a solid portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or related role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations and social content.
• Develop design concepts, layouts and visual compositions per project needs.
• Apply brand guidelines across digital and print materials.
• Assist with photo editing, typography, color selection and basic illustration.
• Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare and organize final design files for digital and print use.
• Maintain organized design libraries, templates and source files.
• Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
