OluKai seeks a Junior Graphic Designer to bring campaigns and product stories to life across digital, social, retail, and print. You’ll work with senior designers to turn creative direction into accurate assets, while growing your craft through collaboration and feedback.

You’ll contribute to on-brand layouts, maintain Figma libraries, and support production, with a strong focus on typography, color, and product accuracy in a fast-paced environment that values ocean lifestyle and premium

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-3 years of graphic design experience, preferably with a consumer, lifestyle, apparel, or footwear brand.
• A portfolio showing strong visual fundamentals and examples of both digital and print design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of file formats, image resolution, color modes, and production-ready digital and print artwork.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Clear communication, a collaborative mindset, and comfort receiving and applying creative feedback.
• A good eye for brand consistency and the ability to work within an established visual system.
• Actively seeks out AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies, adapting quickly to leverage them for improved productivity.

Responsabilités

• Design on-brand digital assets, including paid social ads, emails, web banners, and landing page graphics.
• Design and adapt retail, presentations, and print.
• Adapt approved concepts across formats and placements while keeping the visual system consistent.
• Help maintain shared Figma libraries and templates for faster, more consistent work.
• Support campaign production by organizing files, preparing handoffs, and following naming conventions.
• Prepare, package, and quality-check final files against print and vendor specifications.
• Build layouts and production files with strong typography, composition, color, and product accuracy.
• Collaborate with senior designers, copy, photo, video, and marketing partners to meet deadlines.
• Adapt to changing priorities and support the Creative team on new projects.
