Job summary

OluKai seeks a Junior Graphic Designer to bring campaigns and product stories to life across digital, social, retail, and print. You’ll work with senior designers to translate direction into assets while growing your craft through collaboration and feedback.

Requirements include a related degree or equivalent experience, 1+ years in design, and a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC is essential.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of graphic design experience, incl. internships or portfolio.
• A strong portfolio with digital and print work.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of file formats, image resolution, color modes, and production-ready artwork.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design on-brand digital assets for social, emails, web banners, and landing pages.
• Create and adapt retail presentations and print materials.
• Maintain consistent visuals across formats and campaigns.
• Support production by organizing files and handoffs; follow version control.
