Job summary

Arrowmac is seeking a Jr. Digital Designer to support our clients' creative teams in California. You will collaborate on campaign launches, email marketing, social content, paid ads, and print materials to uphold a vibrant, on-trend aesthetic.

Bring a strong eye for typography, composition, and color, with 2–3+ years of digital design experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. You will work closely with marketing and ecommerce teams to drive engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 2-3+ years of digital design experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience with AI prompting tools such as Kive AI or Flora.
• Strong visual design sense for typography, composition, and color.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
